Pancy obtained her BSc in Applied Psychology and a PhD in Transport Psychology, where she designed and evaluated a game-based driver training tool. She is interested in evidence-based research and enjoys applying her skills to problem solving.

Pancy enjoys travelling, experiencing other cultures and playing Ultimate Frisbee.
