Head of Communications

Paula is a communications professional with 20 years of experience in developing and overseeing the delivery of strategic communications plans for international development organisations. Paula joined us from Christian Aid, where she led a team working on strategic communications for high-value donor funded programmes. Her experience includes the development of brand and identity for programmes, the production and dissemination of content including audio-visual materials, publications and management of digital channels.

Paula has a keen interest in bringing the authentic voices of communities to her communications and has successfully conducted participatory photography training with communities in Africa and in Latin America. She is a photography enthusiast and is originally from Colombia.
