Julia has worked in the not-for-profit sector for 20 years, with over a decade at Director and CEO level, for organisations including Amref Health Africa, mothers2mothers, Sense and most recently at Women for Women International, where she held the roles of Director of Programme Funding & Global Business Development Director. Her particular expertise is in leading development teams to work collaboratively rather than in silos, to achieve greater impact and success for the organisation’s mission. Julia is an advocate and promoter of women’s power, women’s rights and equality; a mum to two teenagers and one dog and often found outdoors, walking or on various sporting sidelines.
