Julia Hopper
Director of Partnership & Communications

Julia joined Unlimit Health in July 2022 having worked in the not-for-profit sector for over 20 years.  She has a Joint Hons French and Spanish degree from Bristol University. 

Julia has over a decade of experience at Director and CEO level, for organisations including Amref Health Africa, mothers2mothers, Sense and most recently Women for Women International, where she held the roles of Director of Programme Funding and Global Business Development Director.  

Her particular expertise is in leading development teams to work collaboratively rather than in silos, to achieve greater impact and success for the organisation’s mission. Julia is an advocate and promoter of women’s power, women’s rights and equality and a Trustee of Ipas UK, a non-profit focussed on reproductive justice.  She is a part-time poet, mother to two wonderful young people and often found outdoors, walking in all weathers with the dog.
