Kathryn Ager

Kathryn is a Senior Communications Manager, Reputation Management, with Roche Diagnostics. Prior to joining Roche in November 2023 she spent 12 years with Grayling, a global communications agency, where she was latterly a Board Director and in charge of its global health practice.  Her experience spans public health and engagement, corporate communications and reputation management; she has also handled many complex and sensitive issues and crisis situations.  Kathryn has worked across a wide range of diseases including malaria and Neglected Tropical Diseases.  She is also a Trustee for Revolving Doors Agency, a charity advocating for ways to break the cycle of crisis and crime.
