Alice Young
Technical Advisor: Access

Alice has over 12 years’ experience in the charity sector: initially working under the European Commission on Social Services, then at a global level in the field of HIV and Human Rights. This including work on delivering emergency funding to LGBT people in crisis. Alice is passionate about community-based approaches to public health and championing the voices of the most marginalised. An expert in project management, Alice speaks English, French, Italian and Spanish and has worked in several different countries around the world.

She also loves dancing, especially contemporary, tango and salsa, as well as seeking out secondhand bargains in local charity shops.
